25 Milliarden Euro Cl Nach Reform Noch Groessere Goldgrube

2.5 billion! CL to become even bigger gold mine after reform

A reform of the Champions League could generate 2.5 billion euros in additional revenue for the clubs involved, according to a study by Swiss bank UBS.

The study concluded that the new format would lead to a 15 per cent increase in the total revenue generated by the competition, which would rise from 16 billion euros to 18.5 billion euros.

The change would see the number of teams in the competition increase from 32 to 36 and the introduction of a new Swiss-style format.

The 36 teams would be split into six groups of six, with the top four teams in each group progressing to the last 16.

The last 16 would then be played over two legs, with the winners progressing to the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.

The study found that the new format would lead to an increase in the number of matches played, which would in turn lead to an increase in revenue from broadcasting rights and sponsorship.

The study also found that the new format would make the competition more competitive, which would lead to an increase in fan interest.

The proposed reforms to the Champions League have been met with mixed reactions from the clubs involved.

Some clubs, such as Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, are in favor of the changes, while others, such as Juventus and Barcelona, are against them.

The final decision on whether or not to implement the reforms will be made by UEFA, the governing body of European football.
